Falling...

With spring on everyone's minds after the close of Paris Fashion Week, it's almost sinister to have to remind people that winter is approaching. While most cringe at the back-to-school sales and appearance of scarves in department stores, there are a select few who become as giddy as a kid at Christmastime. Me included.

Fall is the beginning of many different things; school, cold weather, holidays, and most importantly-- fashion. The first day of fall is commemorated in every fashionista's household in one way: with sore muscles. It's the day where style savvy women everywhere, load up their arms with the 500 paged September issues of Elle, Vogue, and W. It's the day when husbands and boyfriends across the globe get ignored the most. It's the day that my fellow starving professionals trade in their month's lunch allowance for a pair of this season's heeled combat boot.

So instead of grunting in disapproval at the thought of snow and ice, rejoice in the excuse to cuddle in our new fur vests!
